1. Digital Products
Instant Access: Most digital products, including online courses and downloadable content, are available immediately after purchase. You will receive an email with access instructions and a link to your account dashboard where you can access your purchases.
Access Period: Unless otherwise specified, you will have lifetime access to purchased digital content. We reserve the right to modify or remove content with reasonable notice.
2. Physical Products
Processing Time: Physical products typically ship within 2-3 business days of order confirmation. During peak times or sales, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options at checkout, including standard and expedited shipping. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery Times:

- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- International Shipping: 10-21 business days (varies by destination)
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.
4. International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
