Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Session Cancellation
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
2. Refund Policy
a. Single Sessions: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
b. Packages: Refunds for session packages are available within 7 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been used. After 7 days or if any sessions have been used, package purchases are non-refundable.
c. Memberships: Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period.
3. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of their scheduled session time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be considered a no-show.
4. No-Shows
If you fail to show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited and no refund will be provided. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
5. Instructor Cancellations
In the rare event that we need to cancel a session, we will notify you as soon as possible and either reschedule at your convenience or provide a full refund for the canceled session.
6. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
